On 2nd January we were very excited to be able to kick off the project (and the New Year) with a meeting in Battambang between the Host project team (RC Sangke Battambang), the International Project team and the Implementing team from BFT Center, Siem Reap.
The project participants agreed that good planning and effective transparent communication would be the keys to achieving project success.
The meeting established the key project protocols covering progress reporting, contractor selection and order placement, progress payment approval, inspection and completion approval.
All of the parties are looking forward to very successful cooperation on this project, and to form a base for future cooperation in coming years.
